The employees were very friendly, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Still, the neighborhood felt really sketchy, the price seemed high for what you got, and it wasn’t quiet. There was no showerhead in the bathroom, the shower water smelled strange, and the air conditioner only worked on high.

We left right away after finding bed bugs in the room. When we told the staff, they didn’t respond or offer us anything. I wouldn’t stay there.

We left the hotel and got nothing. There were bed bugs, but they didn’t offer us another room, just gave us blank looks at reception. Never again.

The service was candid and excellent, the place was clean, and the price was reasonable. It’s my favorite place to stay when I’m in Barranquilla.

The neighborhood isn’t the prettiest, but the hotel itself is nice and clean. The rooms are spacious, and breakfast is included in the rate.
