Carey Beach Baru

With only 6 rooms, it feels like a private escape. There are lovely sea views, few people, and great service, so it was a good place to switch off from everyday life. Come ready to slow down and enjoy the pace. Neide Daniel and Andes were wonderful, always doing their best to accommodate our requests. Wishing them all the best.

We slept really well and came away feeling relaxed. The setting was beautiful and pleasant, the food was excellent, and everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful. We'd love to return.

Getting here takes some effort, but we had a pleasant short stay. The water wasn't especially clear, though the Starlink internet worked quite well. The place could be even better with more food choices and staff who pay closer attention. We ordered three meals, and each time some part of the order was forgotten or got mixed up. It would also help to have more information in English about activities, excursions, and services like massages.

Such a peaceful, private beach, and the food and staff were great. It really felt like a little piece of heaven. I only wish we'd stayed more nights. Plan to spend as long as you can here, you won't regret it!
