It’s a nice hotel that isn’t very spacious, but it works perfectly well. The service is excellent, and it suits large group trips, family holidays, or even a personal or business stay.

The hotel is well located, safe, and close to everything. The receptionist was friendly and warm, knew her job and the city, and was very helpful with recommendations and requests.

When we checked out, they tried to charge us for water we hadn’t drunk. A waitress falsely said she’d refilled it the day before, but we never drink OMI water from D1, thank you very much. Their minibar inventory control is poor, and we hadn’t touched it. The breakfast kitchen was appalling. The kitchen lady had a cold and no mask, and was coughing all over the ham and cheese while preparing breakfast. I have proof. There were zero hygiene standards. The receptionist on duty called it “the best room they had,” but it was tiny and cost $218,000 plus tax, $250,000 total. We had to call every day to get the TV fixed. When I told them at checkout about all these problems, they asked, “Why don’t you ask for a room change?” Nobody had offered me a room change when I mentioned the situation.

The rooms were spotless and very nice, though the towels should have been changed more often. Some reception staff were another downside. They seemed to be in a bad mood and could have been more charismatic. Thank you.
