Breakfast is included, the rooms are clean, and it's a safe place near some good restaurants. The drawback is having to tell them each time you arrive or leave so they can open the door. Breakfast doesn't start until at least 7:30 a.m., which is inconvenient if you need to run errands earlier.

I was there for two days, and the sheets and pillowcases weren't clean when I arrived. Nobody cleaned the room during my stay, and by departure it was a complete mess. I asked several times for a hand towel, but there wasn't one available. They say they limit cleaning to save water. That's “valid,” but it seems more like a way to make extra money. The owner asks more questions before the stay than the US embassy, and believe me, I'm not exaggerating. For this level of service, I don't see why I should pay the same as the many nearby hotels that at least meet a guest's basic needs.

There was no hot water, and they didn't change the towels. The owners are extremely difficult, so this is from personal experience: don't make the mistake I did and stay there. My family got a small part of the sheet dirty with a splash, and the owners made a huge fuss, insisting we had to pay 400,000 pesos. They said the cleaning lady doesn't wash the sheets, so it seems guests are sleeping on unwashed bedding. When we tried to leave, they wouldn't let us go and kept demanding payment, even though hotels are supposed to wash and change the linens. They shut the door on us, so we had to call the police. Only then did they let us leave. NEVER STAY HERE. They don't deserve any recognition.

There's no heating, and the water is never hot. They hadn't changed the sheets in a week, and towels were changed only every three days. They didn't even provide a hand towel for the sink. For what they charge, nearby places are much better value. The service was terrible too. The owner gets upset, talks over you, raises her voice, and becomes aggressive. 👎
