I booked through Expedia, but they told me there was no room available. I understood and only asked if I could sit inside while I contacted Expedia to find another place. It was cold, dark, and unsafe outside. Even after Expedia called to explain the situation, they still refused to open the door. Can you believe that?

A great place, I’d recommend it. They have a smart TV with free Netflix.

There’s a lively feel around here, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The place itself is cozy, clean, and safe, though the neighborhood in Bogotá is a bit unconventional. Street noise is the one drawback, so bring earplugs. I’d recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and gave me useful tips about transportation, restaurants, and more. I loved the location, and the room and bathroom were very nice. There was also a personal refrigerator with a lock in the kitchen. Excellent lodging, highly recommend it for a stay in Bogotá.

The staff were very attentive, and breakfast was plentiful with different options. The hotel seems practically brand new, and everything was clean and organized. The rooms have no closets, and the walls are thin, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. I’d definitely stay again.
