We had a very comfortable, quiet room, with super-comfy beds and linens and every kind of pillow for extra comfort. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and breakfast in the restaurant was great, with excellent service. The pool and sauna were clean and pleasantly warm, and I had a really good massage at the spa. The neighborhood is great for walking, with fabulous restaurants nearby that I enjoyed trying. The team took such good care of us. I’ll definitely return. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The gym was the one part I didn’t love. Only one treadmill worked, along with a cross-trainer and some free weights, and there wasn’t enough room to work out with weights. Everything else made for a lovely stay. The hotel’s transfer to the airport was just as good as the service inside. The staff were very friendly and professional, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Special greetings to Alejandra at reception, and warm thanks to everyone at Estelar. Our room was spotless and comfortable. We liked the wooden floors in the room and in the reception and restaurant areas. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful range of sweet and savory foods and fruit. The location is great, close to Parque 93 and its excellent bars and restaurants. Zona T, with more places to eat and shop, was an easy walk too.

They arranged an early check-in for our early flight, which we really appreciated after traveling. From arrival through departure, everything flowed smoothly, and the staff were warm, professional, and keen to make us comfortable. Their service and attention to detail impressed us, and nothing felt like too much trouble. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bogotá.

We were here for two nights for a wedding and had a lovely stay. The service was impeccable, and they offered us anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby too. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to others.

I loved the pool and the walkable neighborhood. Had four great nights here, with a great breakfast and really nice staff. Thanks for bringing me tea and soup when I wasn’t feeling well!
