I was only visiting a friend, not staying here. The end rooms looked spacious and comfortable, and the common areas were well kept. Staff were friendly. There’s a decent business center with a computer and printer, plus a coffee shop on the premises.

Good value for the money, with great staff. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, plus a bit more. Breakfast is simple, and the location was a little far from the places we wanted to visit.

The place feels bleak and dated, and the harsh white lighting in the lobby gives that impression as soon as you walk in. The sheets are so worn and torn I can't imagine anyone wanting them as a donation. Some rooms even have 1980s-style kitchen cabinets. The towels feel like sandpaper, and there was no soap or shampoo. I had to go downstairs just to get toilet paper. In the morning, the owner or manager seemed to watch every guest with a suspicious look. He'd be better off taking care of these shabby apartments. I don't know why this hotel gets 4+ stars on Google.

The rooms look modern and are in good shape, which works well for a family of four on an extended stay in Colombia. You can keep up a normal routine, cook at home, and watch TV together in the living room. The lobby is very modest, and this isn't an extravagant hotel if that's what you're after.
