The courtyard was lovely, and the staff were friendly. My room was spacious and had a refrigerator, but I barely slept because the air conditioning was broken. There were mosquitoes everywhere, and the door was opened at 1:00 a.m.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service felt personal. It's a peaceful, cozy place close to Cartagena's walled city, yet quiet and easy to get to. Great for couples or families, and a very relaxing way to enjoy Cartagena. A clear 5 out of 5.

It's good value, with good food, a quiet feel, friendly service, and a handy location. Just don't go in expecting a 4-star hotel. It's a typical old house that's been renovated, and the pool is basically decorative, maybe okay for a few kids.

The staff are welcoming and friendly, but the rooms and pool aren't well maintained, and it costs too much for what's on offer. They say they have electronic billing, but I still haven't received it at the company's email, even though I've been waiting since late September. The phone numbers on the website either go unanswered or straight to voicemail. I wouldn't recommend staying here for now.

Just five minutes from Cartagena's historic center, it's a magical spot. I really liked the quiet atmosphere, the hospitality, and how attentive the staff were.
