The walls are very thin, so it got quite noisy at night, unfortunately. Otherwise, it was a very good place to stay. The staff were lovely, the rooms clean, and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast brought to the room was tasty and a nice touch, the shower was great, and we had a little courtyard too.

For the price, this is great value. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, though fairly modest. The rooms have what you need for a comfortable stay, but there’s no AC.

WORST EXPERIENCE. I almost never write negative reviews, but this one really deserves it. Two days before my stay, they canceled a booking I'd made a month earlier. I'd contacted them beforehand to check that everything was okay, and then they canceled it at 11 pm. The staff were inattentive. It looked like a great place at a cheap price, but I should have found somewhere better for my stay in Bogota.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and it was good value for money. The room was huge and comfortable, with a big, comfy bed. After 10 weeks of travel, this was the best shower I've had in a long time.
