You can walk to the restaurant and bar area in just a few minutes. The apartment is new, stylish, and clean, with a large shower and good water pressure. It stays quiet outside at night, so you can sleep in silence, and there's 24-hour security.

We had a really nice place for our first night in Bogota. Shops and restaurants are an easy walk away, and the apartment was spotless, with a clean bed, fresh-smelling room, and clean towels. The modern design was nice, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The entry process was easy: a day before arrival you get a link to pay by card, then they send the door code. There’s a guard at the entrance around the clock who lets you into the building. Each person also has to fill out some paperwork, which can feel a bit annoying after a long flight. Still, the chance of an unknown person getting in feels basically zero, and I appreciated that. The guard is very nice and always makes a little conversation when you come in. I’d especially recommend it for solo travelers or groups of women. They also provided good-quality shower gel, a small bag of Colombian coffee, and a coffee machine. The coffee tasted amazing. The apartment is in a building called UNIVERSAL, though there’s no “hotel art home” sign on the street, so watch for the building name when you arrive. The apartment is nice and spacious, with everything needed for four people, though there were only two of us. The oven didn’t work, and they never fixed it even after we asked. I also requested a hair dryer, and they brought one. The shower was large and worked well. You get a numeric code to enter the apartment, and there’s 24-hour security to let you in from the street. Parking is included.
