The location is good, and the place is clean and well attended.

The rooms and hotel were comfortable and nicely kept, and the breakfast was both included and delicious. The location made it easy to get around, with everything close by. Just note that they clean rooms by request, which could suit some guests better.

I had a terrible experience with the service. They shifted me to a different hotel without warning, citing a supposed issue. In the room, there were no toiletries like hand soap or shampoo, and the two of us had to make do with one towel for the whole stay, without it being replaced. Weekday breakfast was awful, and the Wi-Fi was so bad I couldn't work. Nothing ever got resolved, and the room services they advertise don't match reality at all.

We stayed around 10 days, and the service was very, very bad. The hotel only cleaned every 3 or 4 days, and the breakfast seemed fake. I was there with my children, and people were allowed to smoke, so the smell drifted into other rooms. We also left chocolates worth 400,000 pesos behind. When we noticed, we messaged asking them to hold them; they said they had them, but when we went back, they claimed they'd thrown them away. Given the quality, I doubt that. They acted as if they knew nothing and stopped replying. I don't recommend it.
