The staff were really nice.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. In the morning, though, the owner, I assume, was disrespectful to the guests and made a scene, shouting at staff right outside the rooms instead of somewhere private. It disturbed the peace. There’s also no parking, so there should be a security guard watching the vehicles.

Everything was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The service was excellent.

I stayed at this hotel for one night at Cl. 35 Sur #72n - 05, Bogotá. There’s no security at all: the door is always open, there’s no doorman or receptionist, and anyone can come in at any time. There’s no control over who enters or leaves. The room cleaners also handle reception. They’re efficient, but one person can’t be in two places at once. The entrance is still left open, so there’s no security.

The owner is a rude, despotic woman who treats people badly, doesn’t greet them, and puts them down whenever she likes. The service was terrible. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s the worst hostel in the city.
