10/10
The staff were pleasant and helpful, and we really enjoyed staying here. It's a quiet spot with spacious, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good and filling, and dinner at the hotel restaurant was good too. There are also some very good restaurants about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is a long way from the main tourist sites, but UBER is inexpensive and usually came within 10 minutes. Allow 45 minutes in traffic to Plaza Bolivar. One thing to watch: our shower was down a step, and the floor gets very slippery if you're the second person to use it. A shower mat would easily fix that, so be careful getting in. There were few toiletries. We'd happily stay again.

The rooms are large, the staff are great, and the hotel feels modern and smart. The restaurant's fire alarm kept chirping, and you could hear it through the floor in nearby areas. Staff knew about it, but it still hadn't been fixed days later.

The hotel is clean and stylish, and the location is great. Staff, especially in the restaurant where breakfast is served, don't speak English and don't even try.

The breakfast is good, but the service is pretty ordinary. I stayed a week or more and ran out of hand soap, yet they wouldn't give me extra. There's no gym, and the rooms are noisy from other guests and the cleaning staff, who start very early. In the morning, the rooms don't get dark enough if you want to sleep past sunrise.

A beautiful boutique hotel with excellent service. The restaurant is run by another company, so this isn't the hotel's fault, but I was unhappy that its menu leaves out the taxes and then charges them on top. Since the restaurant and hotel are connected, it reflects badly on the hotel.
