We quickly made the apartment feel like home. After our city adventures, it was such a pleasure to come back there. It was just right for us: modern, very clean, safe, and exactly as described, if not better. The host and team were super responsive and helpful, so I can’t understand how that one-star review came about. Definitely recommend it!

The staff made me feel at home, and that really stood out. The place is beautifully decorated, too, and the service is great, with friendly, smiling people around. Such a lovely spot! :)

The service is nowhere near worth the price. This is the fourth time we've been locked out of our apartment, and when we called the administration for help, they had turned off their phones. Over the weekend, the owners parked in the guests' spaces, leaving us to find somewhere else and pay for transport to the hotel. They neither answered nor moved their cars. Cleaning was mediocre as well. I had to call for more toilet paper because they hadn't noticed it was running low.

The concierge is around the building all the time, and he's warm, attentive, and quick to sort out any concerns. Bogoapts' customer service was just as good, with fast, thorough solutions. This was easily my best stay in this building. I'd come back without hesitation and recommend it to anyone.

The apartments feel brand new and look lovely, and the area is great. Sleeping was a little noisy, though. Alejandra, Yunise, and Luis are lovely.
