Everything I needed was only a few minutes away on foot, and I felt safe and well looked after. I’d never had people around me as lovely and kind as the people in this area, even though I’ve travelled in different nations. I came from Madrid to Bogotá without a hotel reservation and stayed three nights as a backpacker. It was a really nice experience. Thank you for such a great stay. I love the people there.

I arranged six nights for my wife’s grandmother while she waited for her US Visa in Bogota. The place is very clean and comfortable, with amazing owners and five-star attention and service. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient for the CAS, where Visas are printed, and also close to the airport.

I slept really well there. The owner was kind and the service was good. Just note that payment was cash only, no credit cards.

We feel comfortable leaving my grandmother there when she needs to travel, because we trust the care she gets. They make her feel at home and take her to and from the airport so she can travel safely. It's a warm, family-run place, and the treatment she receives is exceptional. Many thanks, we highly recommend it.

The staff were attentive and really friendly, and the place has a welcoming feel. It’s in a quiet area, very centrally positioned near the airport and shopping centers, which made getting around easy. The hotel is also presented very well. A great experience.
