Casa Maka Maka

The house itself is gorgeous and has plenty of space, and the price was great. The facilities would've earned five stars from me, but the service was terrible. We rented the whole house and were told someone would greet guests at the door and tend the bar. When we asked, staff refused to do either. One bed was left unmade with clothes and shoes on it because an employee had slept there, and another person wasn't going to clean up. Later, a staff member asked for drinks some guests had brought in and was about to deliver them, but someone else yelled at us and kicked us out for no reason. It's such a shame. They knew guests were bringing alcohol, yet left the bed with underwear on it, and had already told us they wouldn't welcome guests as promised. They seemed to have predicted it perfectly. Amazing facilities, lovely place, and a great price, but the staff should be more respectful. Maybe I should've paid a little more instead of having to greet guests with a stranger's underwear. 😊😅
