The location is very convenient, and reception gave good service and paid attention to details. Beyond that, things were poor enough that I’m not sure it deserves even two stars. Our room had cheap furniture that kept falling apart, and the kitchen had an empty space where the rangehood or extractor should have been. The kitchen and toilet taps were loose and kept coming undone. Service fixed them when we called, but only temporarily, as they came loose again and again. The apartments have no laundry of their own. There’s one shared washer and one dryer for all the apartments, also used by the cleaning staff for linen, so we could only do laundry in the quiet hours at night. Other guests were trying then too, so it was a rush. The breakfast was so bad we decided to make our own, coffee included. Our company relocation service booked this place. If I’d known in advance, I would have chosen somewhere else, even a hotel, which would have been heaps cheaper. I’m not sure how it has such a high rating. It’s misleading at best.

We loved it here as a family. The area is safe and quiet, with cafes, restaurants, markets, a pharmacy, attractions, and a great park close by. The apartment rooms have separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. Breakfast is available in the apartment, and there’s laundry on-site. The staff were amazing and so friendly. There’s also a rooftop with a small gym.

We stayed in the double room, which had a queen bed and two twins, plus two bathrooms and two kitchenettes. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The hotel sits on a quiet street in a great part of Bogotá for families. Breakfast is delivered to the room from 7am, and it’s complimentary and very tasty. We’d wanted to try local breakfast spots, but the hotel breakfast was too good to pass up.

I spent 7 months here with my dog, and couldn’t have had a better experience. It really is a pet friendly building. The terrace is beautiful, and I was able to meet up with friends there. BIG THANK YOU for helping me have such a great stay in Bogota. I recommend it and would definitely return.

We’d definitely stay again. The apartments were comfortable and well equipped, and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was very good, too. Parque 93 is 3 blocks away, and the street itself is very quiet.
