The standout for me was the front desk service. Diana and Yessica were friendly, attentive, and gave great customer service. The shuttle was frequent and good, and breakfast was fine for getting the day started, though not the best. A good choice if you need to spend a night near Bogotá airport.

For a short work trip near the airport, it’s okay for an overnight stay, but the price doesn’t match what you get, and I can’t understand the four-star rating. The staff are friendly and professional, and the beds are comfortable. Still, there are too many shortcomings for a four-star hotel. There wasn’t even water in the room, no towel rack by the sink, cheap plastic toilet seats, and too few towels for two people. The shower had only a tiny shampoo bottle. Breakfast was okay, but the choices were limited. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and in my opinion this isn’t a four-star one.

I was here for one night between flights, about 15 minutes from Bogotá airport. The room was new and good, with comfortable beds, a nice bathroom, TV, coffee maker, and safe, though there was no mini-fridge. Breakfast was good, with fruit, several kinds of bread, eggs, and more. Reception was helpful. There’s a pharmacy and a convenience store, Dollarcity, nearby. A good hotel.

The hotel is a high-rise, which I really like, and it felt very safe. The breakfast was complete and spectacular, and I stayed there with my two children. I highly recommend it. Hampton by Hilton near the airport Bogota was also very understanding when we made a booking mistake: we arrived at 1:00 AM on January 25th, thinking we had booked for the 24th, not realizing it was already past 1:00 AM. They understood and changed the booking for us free of charge.

The staff were kind, friendly, and ready to help, and the service was excellent. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.
