I'm a week into a three-week trip, and so far this budget hotel has been good. The location works well, and the service is polite. My room is small but clean, with a comfortable bed and, most importantly, a clean bathroom and reliable hot water. Breakfast is fresh and tasty, though it's nearly the same each day and there's no buffet or much variety. If you can spend 200,000 COP a day for three weeks at a three-star hotel, look elsewhere. On a budget, this is definitely the best option.

Really liked staying here. It's a great place, and I'd recommend it.

The rooms feel unpleasant, as if the furnishings haven't been updated in years. Cleanliness also needs work: towels and bedding are often torn or stained. I hope those marks are stains and not dirt.

The staff are friendly and the customer service is very good. The sheets and towels, though, weren't fully clean.
