There were lots of comfortable places to sit and unwind, and the beds were comfortable too. I had a great time here, with a friendly, sociable atmosphere and plenty of interesting people to meet. Julian made check-in easy and had good suggestions for things to do nearby. The location was great as well.

Jessica and Alex were great, and the new young chef was nice, but the kitchen staff were miserable. An older, thin man, maybe one of the owners, was especially discourteous and unhelpful. The kitchen is small and shared with staff preparing orders. The menu was poor, and the shower's hot water ran out within a minute. Music also played loudly late into the night. I had planned to stay longer, but when I went to pay for another night, a rude manager just said they were full, with no apology, so I had to leave. I found a much better hostel nearby, Granada, with a full kitchen and all the amenities, pleasant staff, a good menu, and modern showers, for the same price. I'm glad I had to leave.

The rooms and beds were really comfortable, and everything was super clean. The location was great too. The staff were amazing, especially Zero, who was helpful, fun to talk with, and had good recommendations. I'd definitely come back.

Everyone at the hostel was really nice and helpful. Julian gave me lots of recommendations, and I had a really good time. I'd definitely come back!

The location's great for tourists. I walked around and did some shopping, and there were lots of buskers. One statue performer chatted with me; another put a couple of llamas next to me and asked for 20,000 pesos for a photo. I offered 2,000, he came down to 10,000, and I said 5,000 or I'd erase the pictures. He agreed. I'm in a four-person dorm, bottom bunk, and only arrived last night. The price is great, but they say they never got the money from Priceline, so I may be charged twice if I can't sort it out with Priceline. The facilities are nice for the most part, but there's no privacy at all. The doors don't lock, so bring a padlock for a locker or keep your valuables with you. I brought one since this isn't my first hostel. There was a concert downstairs tonight. I tried to nap before the restaurant opened at 6 and woke up at 11:30, after it closed at 11, when a new roommate came in drunk and sat on my bed. She told me about herself and how there's a lot of love in Colombia. After chatting and dancing at the concert, she was ready to fall into bed. I think she's asleep now. It's 12:30 a.m. and the live music is still blasting downstairs. If you want somewhere quiet and restful, this isn't it. Get some rest before you arrive and expect to have fun, not sleep.
