I’d put it at 3.5 stars. The location was great, close to a couple of parks and a Carulla, and the Studio King Room had loads of space. The shower worked well. Sleep was the downside: the windows are thin, so street noise and music came through a lot during our stay. Shout out to the vallenato musicians down the street, still singing at 2am on a Saturday! The bed was noisy too, possibly because of a plastic cover protecting the mattress.

I spent three months there and really felt at home. The staff are the real standout, so attentive and excellent. The services were excellent too. The location worked well, with lots of restaurants within walking distance and the main shopping centers only a few minutes away.

This was my second time choosing this hotel for a vacation. The breakfast was tasty and good, and the room wasn’t too expensive. The staff were nice and always willing to help.

The business suite was just right, with a big bed, a good kitchen with an oven, large windows looking out over the park, and a nice shower. Breakfast was fantastic. There are lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas nearby, plus a lovely cafe right beside it. The neighborhood felt very safe, it’s dog friendly, and there’s even a small fireplace in the room. The staff were nice as well.
