Hotel Airport Travel

The Wi-Fi was pathetic, and breakfast had only three options. They don't provide bottled water, a kettle, or toiletries, so even getting hot water meant going down to the restaurant or lobby each time. Requests weren't handled, and they were very strict about their rules. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms were cold, with no heating, windows, AC, or ventilation. At checkout they charged me for having a friend stay overnight, without having told me there would be a fee. The front desk staff were incredibly rude. They wouldn't return a hello or good morning, and whenever I asked a question they acted like I'd insulted them. At checkout they didn't speak to me or say thank you, goodbye, or wish me a good day or trip. It was outrageous. I regret giving this company my money, even though it was cheap, and wish I'd stayed anywhere else.

The place was nice enough, and the complimentary breakfast was just two eggs. They told me I could get a shuttle bus, so I paid extra for it, but they didn't honor that. I had to pay for a taxi as well as the extra cost of preordering the shuttle. Since I don't speak Spanish, I couldn't argue my case. I think this may be something they do often, so people who don't speak Spanish should beware.

The rooms and service were okay, but I had a bad experience with a taxi booked through the hotel at checkout. I only needed to go 1.2 kms, yet the driver asked me for 50000 pesos. A regular taxi would charge only 5000 to 8000 pesos. When I questioned the amount, he showed me a WhatsApp message between himself and the hotel. Please be careful.
