The apartment felt cold and uncomfortable, and the sheets and towels had black stains. There was no hot shower despite their claim that there was one, and there was no Wi-Fi. The TVs were over 30 years old, so there was no television either. The staff's personal presentation was rather poor. The rooms smelled musty or damp, and the tables and sofa were dusty. We were offered a room for a couple, but it seemed more like a family room, with a main bedroom and a second room with two beds. That second room seemed to be inside another apartment, which was a bit creepy. Not recommended if you're afraid of paranormal experiences.

The service was very poor, and it was really expensive for the condition of the place and the appalling service. The quiet location is peaceful, but things could be improved. The rooms were filthy: the chair looked like it hadn't been washed in ages, the curtains were dusty, the shower floor was stained, and the furniture was stained and neglected. The TV was 25 years old. The card machine didn't work, and they had no change when I paid.

The heaters didn't work, and we had to call them repeatedly just to get them turned on. Cleaning happened at most once or twice a month, so the service was bad. The apartment had one double bed and two single beds, enough for four people. Only two of us lived there, but when a third person arrived, the landlady wanted to charge an extra amount for the rent.

It's clean, comfortable, and decent. The price is economical for an average traveler who needs to stay in the city, though it isn't luxurious or in the best part of Bogotá.

We paid for breakfast and didn't get it. There were no towels, and the bed had no sheets, leaving my mom cold all night. There was no customer service, and they didn't seem to care about the service they provided. Everything was so bad. Now I understand why they have 3.4 stars, it says a lot about their customer service before, during, and after the stay. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
