Hotel Ayenda Los Tres Pinos

After traveling 12 hours from Peru, I arrived a little after 23:00 to find no one there and reception already closed. I called the hotel and was told reception only stayed open until 23:00, and I was 10 minutes late. But their email and advertisement said they had 24-hour reception, and I'd told them in advance that I would arrive later. They wouldn't come back to let me in. I was stuck in Bogota in the middle of the night, after 12 hours of travel, with no cash for a taxi to another hotel. It was the worst experience ever, and they never contacted me afterwards.
