A little street noise came through, but much less than at other nearby hotels, and it didn’t keep me awake. The apartment-hotel is welcoming and modern, with kitchens or living rooms that make it a great value for guests who need that space. Staff are there 24/7, and the front desk is genuinely helpful. Juan and Sebastian were especially good, offering concierge-like help in both English and Spanish. The occitaine amenities, free fruit baskets, and lovely beds and linens were nice touches too. I’d gladly return.

Never use the in-house laundry service. They damaged our laundry, wrapped it in plastic for no good reason, then charged a ridiculous 500k COP for one small bag without telling us the price beforehand. The bad service ruined our clothes and the whole experience.

They charged us 539,700 COP, over 100 Euros, for laundry, claiming it was an “express” service. We’d been told express meant the laundry was delivered and returned the same day, which didn’t happen. Each item came wrapped separately in plastic, and we had to unwrap them all. Most of the clothes had pins or needles left inside, several T-shirts came back with holes, and one item was completely ruined. We complained in writing and the damage to our belongings was clear, but the hotel denied responsibility and refused a refund. We recommend that future guests be very cautious and advise against booking this hotel in the first place.

The building security is exceptional, and the service feels warm and personal. It’s a great place to stay, with a real home-like feel and an excellent location near offices, restaurants, and shopping. If you visit Bogotá, you have to stay here!

I’ve been here for two weeks and the service is excellent. There’s parking, a playground, and a park, with everything close by. The breakfast cafe is just 20m away. Loving it.
