We got to meet Fernando, the owner, and he personally showed us around his beautiful property. You can see the care and attention to detail in every corner of the hotel. It’s peaceful, the design is stunning, and the whole stay felt personal. Highly recommend when visiting Guatapé.

Oh. My. Goodness. I can’t recommend this place enough. We felt safe, and there was always help when we needed to figure out Guatape. The staff welcomed us to town by joining our charter bus and handing out mini desserts on the way in. The restaurant food was fantastic, and they helped us work out where to go and when. Our updated, super comfortable rooms had incredible views. We also enjoyed the lakeside massages, kayaking, and stand up paddle boarding. It was calm and relaxing, yet an easy, quick trip into town for more activity. And this may sound silly, but I absolutely loved the smell of the hand soap :). I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Room #1 was roomy, with a huge bathroom and gorgeous sunset views. Breakfast was included and very good, and the staff were excellent.

The place itself was beautiful, and we had a wonderful stay. The food was excellent too, traditional Colombian dishes served with a fine dining touch. Really enjoyable!

We had a fantastic stay, with amazing food and great service. Our room had an indoor jacuzzi, which we used five times in two nights. Just amazing. Kevin, Jonny, Sebastian, and Carlos helped us, and they were awesome.
