The lake view is nice, and the room was clean and decent. The location was the best thing about the place. But the hot water was lukewarm at best, and I was disappointed that the in-suite jacuzzi was limited to one hour.

I haven’t stayed overnight, but the food tastes excellent. The chef is very professional and meticulous, making sure each dish is right or bringing out the remake in person.

We loved the themed bedrooms at Hotel Portobello in Guatape. The rooms were beautiful, with balconies, jacuzzies, and views of the reserve. The owner and all the staff were so kind and made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Thank you!
