We loved being a short walk outside the centre. It was quiet all night, and we got to spend more time in the local neighbourhood instead of the touristy centre. We stayed for 3 nights in the cinema room and really enjoyed the projector. We were also allowed to use the jacuzzi, which we loved. Thanks so much to Patricia for her hospitality.

I don't like liars. On the first day of my long stay, they agreed in writing to refund the final night, which I couldn't cancel through the third-party site until the last day. When that day came, they refused. Weeks later, they were still refusing, even though I had paid for 2 hotels that same night based on their written approval.

We had a vintage room with unbeatable views at this beautiful hotel in Guatapé. The woman at reception was super friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again next time I'm in Guatapé.

The staff were friendly, and the place was good value overall. It's a little outside the city centre but still within walking distance. The Galaxy room had an amazing view. Another room on the first floor was noisy, though, with traffic and people passing by.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the Galaxy room had amazing views. There's a kitchen, plus a Whirlpool and a Turkish Sauna you can reserve for an extra charge. Mariela is an angel, always ready to help with anything.
