For what you get, it's still decent value. The facilities are good: quick Wi-Fi, a really nice cable TV, a kitchen, hot showers, a laundry area, and good common spaces. The missing piece was atmosphere. It was quiet season, but even when people were around, it still felt like something was lacking. It was also sometimes confusing figuring out who was working, since the team was a mix of staff and volunteers.

The Wi-Fi worked throughout the hostel, and everything was an easy walk away. It's a great neighborhood, just two minutes from the main strip. The staff were friendly and very nice, and the bedroom, bathrooms, and hostel were all very clean. Great place to stay.

The common areas gave us lots of places to hang out, and the staff were super, super friendly and informative. It was easy to find, and I loved staying there. Their customer service was five-star. I was really happy and grateful for all the help and information they gave me.

For the price, the accommodations were good. Our only complaint was the construction next door, which started very early in the morning. Hopefully it'll be finished by the time you visit!

We volunteered here for three months while we were in Colombia, and our friends own the place. They're awesome people, on a nice quiet street, and they explain how to get everywhere. There's also a big map of the whole town, which can be hard to find.
