This isn't the property's official profile. The right one has nearly one hundred 5 star reviews. As frequent Guatapé visitors, my wife and I have stayed in probably a dozen cabins and hotels over the years. Sotavento is in our top 5 for its great location, easy access, views, and incredibly friendly, helpful staff like Juan David. Easy access isn't always a given in this area.

Terrible hotel. Yellow, muddy water came out for two days in a row, and nobody offered any help.
