The location made it easy to explore Guatapé. Shops, restaurants, and boat rides were all within walking distance, and for the price it was a decent stay. We had a two-bedroom apartment at Hotel Santorini with a private Jacuzzi, a lovely way to relax, plus a spacious balcony for taking in the surroundings. The bedrooms were fairly basic, though, and the full-size and twin beds weren't very comfortable.

The staff were amazing, from the bartenders to the front desk. They go way beyond to help with anything, and I love the hotel. I'll definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views were great, the jacuzzi was a treat, and the location worked well. Breakfast was good, the staff were kind, and daily room cleaning was included in the price. The bed was comfortable, and the fan kept the room cool. A few things could be better: the Wi-Fi was weak in the room, and the windows need screens because there are so many bugs. The spotlights at night are annoying, drawing in more bugs and shining into the room. The pool was too warm to enjoy and needs some shade.

The breakfast is amazing, everyone is nice, and the location is great. But there's no A/C in the rooms, and ours got so hot that it was the worst sleepless night of my life. Construction right behind the hotel made the noise really bad with the windows open. With them closed, it was unbearably hot. I wish they'd listen and put A/C in the rooms. At 70 a night, it's not worth the hassle, and otherwise I'm not coming back.
