We were given a specific check-in time, but the rooms still weren't ready. We ended up waiting around two hours in the lobby. That's not acceptable.

The staff were very attentive, and breakfast was delicious, though they served individual portions rather than the buffet advertised when we arrived. Our room was small but clean, and the central location is great. It's fine for passing through or staying one night, and the price makes sense for the area. With what it offers, I'd only stay two or three days at most. They advertise Netflix, but you'll need your own account to use it.

We lost the morning's work because the receptionist made us walk around the area searching for another hotel with a room available. We'd booked 12 days earlier, but when we arrived today, there was no room and the reservation had been cancelled. Reception said it was supply and demand, first come, first served. That made me feel discriminated against and disrespected as someone who plans work in advance. This isn't a supply and demand issue, it's poor service.

The staff were very friendly, but we planned to spend the whole weekend and left the next day. The room was tiny, windowless, and completely closed in, like a box, with no outlets for charging devices. There was no door on the bathroom, so shower water got everywhere. The walls were dirty, the towels and pillows were dirty, and the sheets were worn thin.
