We had a reservation at hotel burana, but there wasn't a free room when we arrived. They sent us to their partner, hotel boutique superior, which was much worse and seemed to be in an unsafe area.

Hotel Boutique Superior - Calle 24A #44-28: NOT RECOMMENDED!! They seem interested only in taking money, not putting it back into the hotel. The room was comfortable, but there was no cable TV, just a DTT antenna with Caracol and RCN. More channels would be better. They charged me 30,000 euros for an airport ride, calling it a hotel service. The driver said the trip he'd booked through the InDriver app cost 15,000 euros. If I'd known it was an app ride, I would have booked it myself. It felt like bad faith. The driver also said rooms in the area cost around 70,000 euros. They overcharge guests and use cheap soap and average blankets. The employees gave good service, and that's the only thing I appreciated. Otherwise, NOT RECOMMENDED!!

It's in a good spot in a very safe area. But the sheets and blankets looked dirty and had hair on them, like they hadn't been washed regularly. The woman changed them for us.
