The location felt secure, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was nice. The restaurant kitchen didn’t follow my wife’s food allergy requirements.

I had a terrible one-night stay here. I booked earlier that day because the hotel advertised an airport shuttle. My flight got into El Dorado Airport around midnight, but when I reached Bogota they said nobody was available to pick me up. They told me to take a taxi and didn’t offer to cover it, which was quite expensive for that distance. I also asked about transport to the airport for my 9 AM flight the next morning. They said the ride was arranged, but the taxi that came in the morning charged me for the airport trip again. If I’d expected to pay both ways, I would have chosen another hotel, especially given safety concerns about its location. Luckily I was only there for one night. Why advertise an airport shuttle if you won’t provide the service, particularly for a late night or early morning request?

The food was delicious, the service was great, and the rooms were clean. I stayed one night and really liked the little gym area too. It is a bit expensive, but I thought it was worth it and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel Distrito ZF works well for a comfortable, convenient stay, especially if you’re in Bogotá for business or visiting the industrial areas. The breakfast has an impressive range, from fresh fruit and local Colombian dishes to more continental options, so there’s a satisfying choice for different tastes. The area is safe and well guarded, which gave me peace of mind. Getting in and out can take a bit longer, though, because of the security checks and checkpoints. That vigilance is reassuring, but allow extra time if you’re on a tight schedule.
