We were there briefly during a flight connection and booked a room with a jacuzzi, hoping to use it. Reception confirmed the room had one, but we couldn't turn it on ourselves because it was controlled from elsewhere. When we called, they said there was an extra charge, without explaining how long we could use it. They could also shut it off whenever they wanted, so we felt misled and thought they needed to be clearer. We paid an extra 60 dollars for access, but the water was cold and the bath was dirty. The man in charge tried to clean it for us, but we still couldn't use it. The bedsheets were dirty too, with hair and dark spots on them.

The staff were very kind and attentive, and having parking made the stay a lot easier. The hotel is well located in a quiet area, and the price per night felt fair. Our room was very clean, daily room service was a nice extra, and breakfast was delicious. The only downside was some noise at night. I know that depends on the other guests, but it was still a negative.
