The accommodation was good, and the location was convenient. Staff gave good service.

The staff were wonderful: kind, empathetic, dependable, and always willing to help.

I stayed for two days and everything was very good. The only awkward part was the bathroom: it's a bit cramped for brushing your teeth and doing other things, even though the shower itself is roomy.

2/10
The service was awful, and Mr. Isidro was particularly unpleasant. The sauna was out of order, the beds were hard, and the old sheets were falling apart. The shower curtains were worn and broken, and the bathrooms tiny. For comparison, even at the airport a breakfast like theirs costs 5,000 pesos. I wouldn't waste money on such deplorable service, and plenty of other people share my view.

I was treated really well. Everyone was kind and helpful, so I recommend staying here.
