Hotel Plaza Suites

Clara, Deivy, and Lalo really went out of their way to make our stay great. The suites were spacious, stylish, and modern, and the staff as a whole were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was included, and the restaurant had a good range of food and drinks. The hotel ended up exceeding my expectations. I'd recommend it and would definitely come back.

I've stayed here twice now, and both visits were great. The food is good, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are roomy, and everyone on staff was so friendly and courteous. I'd definitely recommend it, and I'm already looking forward to another trip.

The property itself is nice, but the service was atrocious. Management showed absolutely no flexibility, and there isn't much special about the place beyond having an apartment instead of a regular room. Plenty of other Bogota hotels offer better service and make you feel more appreciated. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all.

We arrived to find that the two rooms I'd booked had been given to someone else and weren't available. It made me suspect they'd handed them to a guest who paid more, and I felt scammed. My booking included two rooms, an airport shuttle, breakfast, and free on-site parking. After a lot of back and forth, their alternative was a pricier room in a different area that didn't feel safe, with parking four blocks away at extra cost and no shuttle or breakfast. They really expected me to stay in a dangerous part of town and walk four blocks at night with my daughter and our luggage.
