The breakfast is simple but good quality, and the hotel is modern in a lovely, safe area of Bogotá. I’d recommend it and would come back :)

Most things were good, but one interaction brought down my service rating. There was no coffee in my room, so I asked the front desk. They sent me to the breakfast area and said someone there could help. I knew breakfast wasn’t open yet and only wanted a coffee pouch for my room. The woman there seemed upset and was rude, and I didn’t understand why. I just left so I could save my morning.

The room was basic, the staff were nice, and the location in a safe neighborhood was good. The bathroom’s shower switch broke, so we couldn’t use the standing shower. They said they’d fix it, but then forgot.

I stayed at Madisson Inn for 45 days during a business trip to Colombia in 2018. They picked me up at Bogota airport and dropped me off after the trip. The rooms were very tidy, and the hospitality was top notch. Some rooms also have kitchens where you can cook for yourself. I was very satisfied with the service. Sorry for the late review, Google suddenly brought up my stay from seven years ago 😊. I’m from India.

It’s a good hotel, but I wouldn’t call it four-star by Colombian or any other standards. The rooms and amenities are very basic.
