The building feels very clean and secure, with security around the clock. The apartments are nice and have good city views, and there’s a rooftop terrace.

The apartments themselves are nice, with a kitchen, TV, AC, and pleasant views. But some staff were extremely unfriendly, often on their phones and rolling their eyes when I asked something. I felt completely unwelcome. They also charged me different amounts each night, arguing over fees and discounts that were no longer available. The price went up every night, so don’t trust the amount shown on booking. It felt like they just wanted my money and didn’t care what I’d booked for. The apartments are fine, but the staff ruined the experience.

Paper-thin walls meant I could hear noisy people late at night. These apartments were awful. I stay in 50 plus hotels a year, and this was by far my worst experience in several years. Don’t stay here.
