There are nice building amenities, including a rooftop patio, a gym, and a few other things, plus a 24/7 doorman downstairs. You can bring guests whenever you like, and the restaurant next door is pretty good. Great location and a wonderful place for a reasonable price.

The apartment was nothing like the photos on booking.com. My room had no sofa, so it was much smaller, and the decor was very basic with nothing on the walls, the opposite of what the photos and booking.com promised. The security guard confirmed that the apartment wasn't what people thought they were paying for and called it a scam, “estafa!” When I got to the room, two handy men were just finishing repairs, and nobody cleaned up after them. The floor was extremely dirty. It looks amazing in the photos, which is how they attract you, but the actual place is very far from what they promise. I strongly suggest staying far away.

I had power cuts for three days and no hot water for showers in cold Bogota. During the outages I had to climb the stairs to reach my apartment, so at least I got a good workout. The Customer Support team seemed to have no ability or interest in fixing anything. They kept putting me on hold, then called nonstop while I was at work whenever they needed information from me. Unprofessional and truly appalling. Pray you don't have a problem with your apartment here.

Morph/UrbanK #511 was a nice place, but the management wasn't professional or thoughtful. In the middle of the night they called my wife and said we had to move out the next morning so the owner could move in. She woke me up, and I had to get up again a few hours later. We'd already paid for another week. I wouldn't advise staying unless you like being woken up in the middle of the night to deal with Morph's problems.
