I live in Denver, Colorado, and booked through Expedia a month ahead. The room was smaller than advertised and the toilet was clogged from the start. Staff promised a better room but kept making excuses, while Expedia refused a refund, so we were stuck. It got worse: the “nice buffet” description is misleading, and on our last day the shower clogged and flooded the bathroom. I spent hours trying to sort things out with both the hotel and Expedia, and got nowhere. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The food was fantastic, and the front desk team were friendly and helpful. Diego at the bar and the kitchen staff were especially great. The room was clean and service was good, but those beds were unbelievably hard. I folded three extra blankets over twice and still felt like I was on a wooden board. It was okay in the end.

The Halloween decorations were such a nice touch. I saw how much effort the team put into them, and it made my work stay feel special. The hotel is in a great spot, the room was very clean, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. Everyone was kind and thoughtful, especially Diego Molina, Vladimir Rincon and Chef Wilmer Duarte. Thanks, NH.

10/10
Breakfast was great, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel is clean and convenient, especially if you're going to the Corferias convention center. For the gym, you need to cross the street to a commercial gym they have an arrangement with. You can also have a massage in your room. The beds are VERY firm, and my room felt cold, so I wore a few layers. It was December, after all.
