NH Collection Bogotá Terra 100 Royal

Miguel Mora, the overnight security manager, was especially helpful. He greeted us at the door and handled our many requests with a big smile and a wonderful attitude. He was the best! We loved the Nespresso machine and drank SO MUCH great espresso. The room and bathroom were clean, the couch was comfy, and the beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful room with a beautiful view of the city and mountains. There was construction on the street in front of the hotel during our stay, but getting a Didi ride or walking to nearby restaurants was no problem.

The beds were firm, the pillows soft, the comforters nice and thick, and the showers had great hot water. The breakfast buffet was a must for us. I loved the coffee, natural juices, toast, yogurt and eggs, and it made mornings of our honeymoon feel special. My husband and I arrived really late and hungry, with many places already closed. The staff helped us order from a local place nearby that they recommended, and the food was amazing. They handled every service we asked for, from laundry and taxis to room service, and cleaned the room whenever requested. The app DIDI was a big help for ordering rides.

The meeting room my husband arranged was elegant, with a lovely terrace and a stunning green wall, a great setting for a productive session. Our daughter also had a wonderful time and was well looked after, even as a small child, so this worked very well for our family. The location made it easy to explore, and the service was outstanding. The team's care with small details helped us feel at home. Congratulations to General Manager Juan Pablo and the team for their hospitality. We loved our stay at NH Collection Tierra 100 and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

The location was great, and the service was spot on during our few days at the NH Terra 100. I really liked the rooms. The only downside was that the internet wasn't as fast as at other places I've stayed.
