Getting around from here was easy. Carulla is a few minutes north, with restaurants and cafes along the way. Starbucks is the nearest, and Juan Valdez is a few blocks farther. Booking through WhatsApp was simple, and both the man and woman on staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was tasty, especially the drinkable yogurt. They made me an omelette when I asked, and there was regular coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. The room was clean and just big enough for two in the king bed, though it was small. The shower would suddenly go cold for a few seconds two or three times each shower before heating up again. The toilet also needs its buttons held down for a few seconds to flush fully. Sound carries a lot here. You can hear everything in the hallway and some noise from the neighboring room, so keep your own volume down too.

The place was clean, and breakfast was good, with really fresh fruit and food. The coffee wasn't the best, though. Employees were great and spoke a little English. The shower had warm water. It did get a bit noisy, probably because the doors are thin, and the rooms could use better ventilation.

The employees were very nice, and there are lots of good places to eat nearby. The room had plenty of outlets, a good bed and comforter, and hot shower water. Nights were cold in January. The stairwell made a lot of noise echo through the building, but earplugs helped.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with delicious fruit and homemade eggs. The gym is awesome, and the staff are super friendly. Rooms are a bit worn out, but very clean. Bring earplugs, same as at any hotel.

The service was good, and I liked being able to use the gym next door. The rooms were okay, but I didn't feel comfortable in mine. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, so the location is sort of okay, but I was robbed in the area. Be cautious. There wasn't much choice at breakfast either.
