The room felt run-down and gloomy, with harsh fluorescent lights and an incredibly loud AC. There was no hot water either. I only needed somewhere to rest for a few hours during a layover and leave my bags, but the place someone recommended turned out to be a mistake. I paid twice what I expected, plus a 50% early check-in charge even though I wasn't staying overnight.

The beds were so uncomfortable that I left after about five days, despite having booked two weeks. I also found a roach in my soup, and they still charged me for the whole meal. The breakfast wasn't anything I couldn't make at home, and the hotel is in a bad area. I wouldn't recommend it. The owner really needs to improve the management.

I was the only one wanting to use the pool, but when I asked, the staff cleaned it up a bit and brought out pillows for me. They were kind and accommodating throughout my December 2021 stay, even though my Spanish was pretty bad. I really enjoyed being there.

The pool looks amazing, and breakfast was really nice too. My room was just the right size and spotless. The staff are lovely. Keep up the good work.

The restaurant food was better than average, and the service was fantastic. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly.
