The room smelled bad and the shower had no door. At the pool, there was no paper in the bathrooms, and the restaurant staff there gave poor service. You also have to wait for someone to open the parking gate, since it isn't automatic. For the highest-priced hotel in the area, it doesn't feel excellent.

The location is right in the center, and the rooftop terrace is amazing. My new room was beautiful, with a balcony and a view. Breakfast got a little crowded because of an event, but the staff were friendly and smiled.

I only found out on the day I left that I could've ordered a fresh, hot breakfast from the menu. Nobody had mentioned it before. When we arrived, the buffet was nearly finished, so my mom took cold eggs, two slices of cold bread, fruit, and coffee. I had a little of the leftover eggs, juice, and two slices of whole wheat bread. The bread was terrible, and the eggs tasted awful. Then they charged us for two full buffet breakfasts. I paid because I didn't want to argue.

The room was worn out, with patchy plaster and paint, and the shower was blocked. Staff seemed apathetic, and they handed customer care to a third-party company that knew nothing and seemed not to care. Before booking, there was no communication, not even an invoice or payment confirmation, and nobody answered the special request I sent through the site's contact form. I had to go to the hotel in person, and they still dropped the ball on my wedding-night requests. Absolutely horrible.
