The stairways are narrow, and getting to the higher rooms could be difficult, so it may not suit claustrophobic people. That’s up to you. If you’re young and want to explore the city, though, this is a good spot. Zona T is just two blocks away, with four to six blocks of bars and restaurants and a lively nightlife. Coffee lovers who know their coffee will find four great places nearby that I’d recommend.

A great little capsule hostel. The capsules give you privacy, and the whole place is quiet. There’s a supermarket one block away, and the location is amazing for walking everywhere.

I’d never stayed in a capsule before, and it was better than I expected. The space felt fully private and was more than enough for me. Lockers fit my 20-inch suitcase and a small bag. The shared showers and toilets never seemed fully occupied. It’s a great area, with lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, and shopping about a 10-minute walk away. Super clean, friendly staff, and a perfect place to rest.

What you wrote in your reply is completely false. I told the receptionist in person that I wanted to book directly, outside Booking, and he said there were no beds. When I asked how Booking could show plenty of availability, he said, “those spots are already reserved for people who are coming later.” Saying I refused to stay is a lie. He didn’t try to help, said there was nothing he could do, and even admitted he couldn’t answer calls or emails. It felt like there was a plant at reception instead of an employee willing to solve problems. I posted on Google because Booking.com doesn’t allow a review when a reservation is canceled. Google was the right place to share what happened publicly, especially after being left stranded in the middle of the night with no other platform to warn future guests. I had a confirmed reservation and arrived less than an hour after booking, only to be told the property was full. They canceled it, leaving me without a place to stay and having to contact Booking.com customer service late at night. They marked me as a no-show even though I’d arrived, and never called despite having my phone number. They canceled because they had no availability and couldn’t offer me a room directly either. Shameful service and unprofessional management.
