The location is good and the hotel is clean, but the bathroom is so cramped that the shower door won't open fully or really close properly. There is also a dog daycare next door. The barking and whining carries on all day, through the night, and into the early morning. I wouldn't recommend staying here because the good points don't make up for that noise.

My partner came in from a trip at 10:00 pm with her luggage, but there was no reception and they wouldn't let her inside because, they said, she hadn't checked in online. Leaving a guest stranded like that after a trip shows real incompetence. This place is awful.

The rooms were spotless and lovely, and the location is excellent, but the check-in problem affected our stay. The PDF manual's access codes failed on both doors between the entrance and the rooms, so we had to depend on the friendly doorman whenever we needed to get in. Management could only be reached on WhatsApp. When we reported the codes weren't working, he just said, "Send me a video so I can see if you're doing it wrong." I hope management fixes this.

The area is great and close to everything, and it feels safe and bright. The apartment is amazing, with spaces that are really well suited. A lovely place to relax.

Everything inside was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities are excellent. But the gym next door runs 24/7, and the nonstop crashing of weights and machines makes it impossible to rest. The banging goes from around 4:30 am until 11:00 pm, including late at night and early morning, when it sounds like the wall might collapse. There's no chance to sleep properly.
