We booked a night but couldn't get anyone to respond when we arrived. We went to the hotel and rang the bell, but nobody answered, so we had to find another place at the last minute. They got back to us the next day, saying another booking had been extended, without having the courtesy to let us know beforehand. The building photos on Google also don't match the actual property. The one positive was that they refunded the money we'd sent for the reservation. Terrible service, and I don't recommend it.

Avoid staying here if you're traveling to Medellin. They cancel bookings or move you to terrible places. The whole experience was awful, and it's a waste of money.

They canceled my reservation just three days before I was due to arrive. The service is really bad, and the company seems poorly organized. I wouldn't recommend it.
