The restaurant and bar staff were attentive and courteous. Breakfast was really good, and the in-room coffee was great. I didn’t try lunch or dinner because I was tied up in meetings. This was my first stay here, and the room had the amenities I needed, all in good shape. I travel 20-25 times a year, so a good mattress matters to me, and this one was great. The shower was really nice too. I also loved the old brick look in the room.

We arrived very late, after the kitchen had closed, but the front desk arranged delivery and brought the food up to our rooms. Service was outstanding throughout, and the location felt very safe. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with great sheets and towels, and they’re thoughtfully designed with what you need. Breakfast depends on the reservation type, but when included it was superb. The price we paid made the whole stay feel unreal. One thing to know: the bathroom door is more like a glass panel and doesn’t fully close, which may matter depending on who you’re traveling with. The water pressure was weak, though that wasn’t a dealbreaker for us.

The whole team is so kind and helpful, and we absolutely love this hotel. It’s in what may be the best location in Bogota. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the fitness center is solid by hotel standards, and the breakfast buffet is superb.

Mercedes made my mornings a treat with coffee and such warm hospitality. Steven and Julian were also attentive and very nice, and the front desk staff and doorman were lovely. The hotel and our room were always clean. We felt safe in this very nice, walkable location, and the friendly welcome made the stay better. The gym is quite small, but has a nice view. Thank you all for your service.
