The staff were friendly and competent, and the location is handy, just a few minutes’ walk from zona rosa. The rooms are basic but spacious enough, and the warm shower made the price feel fair. On my first night, I woke at 5 AM to loud music from the large gym in the building, which is open from 5 AM to 9 PM. Depending on where your room is, you may hear it. Mine was vibrating from the noise. I asked the staff at lunchtime if I could move rooms, and they gave me another one where I couldn’t hear the gym. Thanks for that.

The room and bathroom were both very clean, with enough space for our things and a desk where I could work. The Wi-Fi was excellent for work, and breakfast was included. My partner and I showed up at 9 pm without a reservation after a bad experience somewhere else. The reception staff were so warm and helpful, and managed to fit us in at the last minute. I’d definitely stay again.

We celebrated my birthday here and had the best experience. The room was really comfortable and the decor is unusual in a nice way. There’s a gym and restaurant connected with the hotel, though they’re located outside. We’ll come back.
